How do I set up an external plan using Etheron Hosting?

I'm currently trying to set up the external plan for my server using Etheron Hosting but I keep getting the consistent error of "Failed to verify username" so I thought, maybe its a me problem so I asked another staff member (of my server not minehut) to see if they can join at all and they also get the error. I would like some assistance please .
