Revival Skript

Can someone make a skript where when you right click a clock it shows you a menu of player names which are out of lives and you can do /withdraw but cant do it when your at 1. You start at 5 lives and when you reach to 0 u get added to the ban list. when ever you kill someone you get a life whenever u die u lose one. The alternative instead of a menu is a command where it says you can do /revive <player> and you can get the list of banned players by /bannedplayers. when the clock is on use it removes it self
