Can’t downgrade

Ever since Minecraft updated I can’t seem to downgrade it at all and I can’t join any of my servers since everything seem to be have to be Minecraft 1.20.40 or less. 
I have no idea how to do that I really want to go to my servers:[
(using mobile btw so I have no idea what I can do to get updates away)

First off, You can't downgrade the minecraft version on bedrock (sadly), Second in the app store where you purchased the game, check the settings and change it so it doesn't auto update minecraft. Finally, the only  thing you can do is wait (unfortunately) till the minehut geyser plugin gets updated.
