my server won't downgrade

I've been trying to downgrade my standard server plan to a starter server plan but then it says "an unknown error occurred" and then the page freezes. The reason I want to downgrade is because I dont want to waste credits on something I join like once month. if you need the server names they are ListShade and ListSenseBox. if someone could help then leave a message!
