Is there a way to prevent Bedrock Edition players from joining the server?

Bedrock Edition caused a bug in the verification function of many plugins on my server. This caused players to use this bug on the server to obtain things they should not have obtained. This troubled me very much, Is there any way to prevent players from joining a server using Bedrock Edition?

In a skript or custom plugin, on join check if the username contains a . and if it does, thats a bedrock user and just cancel the event.
