i cant get my parrots off

I play on a server, and it has a bunch of plugins, but i got some parrots and they wont get off. Ive tried dying, leaving,sleeping, even /kill and /effect, also /killall. I want them off bc its hard to sneak up on people with 2 parrots screaming around, like an alarm. What do i do?

 

Btw i am not the owner, but i do have op.

There's 2 things you can try:

• Jumping (I'm sure you've done this)
• /minecraft:kill @e[type=minecraft:parrot, distance=..3] (this should kill all parrots in a 3 block radius)
