minehut server time limit

why does my minehut server say i used up the time limit but i havent been playing at all and the time limit still goes down when i turn the server offline?? by the time  i wake up  ready to  play theres no time left despite it being after the time reset

It is possible that other users are playing on your server, you can submit a support ticket and we can try to take a look at what is happening.
