Server keeps crashing

There are NO tps or fps drops/gains this is my error code when it crashes, it happens alot:

This looks like an Out of Memory crash.

 

Try removing plugins, skripts, or reducing the server render distance. Lowering the amount of players on also helps to reduce RAM usage.

I get like that too
