My server is stuck on "saving" and is appearing offline even when it's online.

Hi there!

I own a popular server called "GunCube" and starting around yesterday I noticed that it was stuck on "saving". I think the server must have glitched out when I tried to back it up or something but as of this moment the server is working fully well and nothing is wrong but it says "saving" and it is appearing offline in ads. I am also unable to back up the server as it keeps saying that a backup is already in progress. Can you guys please let me know what I can try to do to fix?

Force hibernate & reactivate your server.

Just so you know it CAN cause data loss up to multiple hours, so if you don't want to take the risk, just open a support ticket and download anything important to you.
