My server crashed then corrupted after I tried to load in a backup.

Hello my server recently corrupted.

I had spawned a bunch mobs which crashed the server so I couldn't join, then I used the last server backup but that was in 1.19.4 and at this point we had already updated the server and that corrupted the server. Now once we load into the server the entire world has been wiped. 

What can I do to save my server?

Load a backup before you did all this. If you had come here initially, you could've just deleted the entities folder in your world and saved it that way.

Using the backup, given it was stable at the time, shouldn't have broke anything. Look at all your worlds in the home directory then compare it to the level name world under the settings tab under World Settings.

Make sure the world you want to go to has its name in the level name box in the World Settings.
