How do I enable end crystal explosion damage?

Hi there, I'm trying to create a crystal pvp server but have noticed the end crystal explosion damage is either disabled or just turned all the way down, could somebody help me to turn this back on, thanks.

do you have worldguard?

/gamerule mobGriefing <true|false>

This disables the MOB side of it however the tnt i think you have to use worldguard or skript

on place:
	event-block is "tnt":
		cancel event

In the game's command prompt, you must set the gamerule "doMobGriefing" to "true" for end crystal explosion damage to be turned on. This will let end crystals explode, which can hurt creatures and blocks.
