Hello, so basically I have files that I want to delete, however the problem is, I literally cannot delete them, I try uninstall them from the addons tab, I delete the files, whenever I do that, the files just magically come back as soon as I finish with it. The only way I can remove them is to click start, and quickly remove them before the server starts which obviously should not happen.
