I got banned for 3 days... for saying 3 words

So, I'm here to vent about why I got banned, as I can't even access minehut's ban appeals.

As the title says, I got banned for saying 3 words, and they weren't any racial slurs or anything, all I did was reply 
"Can relate" to someone making a minor and pretty childish slightly inappropriate chat message.

I find this extremely unreasonable, as hackers run rampant on minehut, yet when I say "Can relate," I get banned. I will be submitting my ban appeal when the support page works again.
