My server won't start and come out of hibernation

I have the free package of the servers and i have 2 servers one works the other wont come out of hibernation or start. If anyone can help me with this it would be greatly appreciated I have already made a support ticket, but I was wondering if anyone else had suggestions.

If your server won't come out of hibernation after multiple tries and trying again later, make a ticket at:

If, however, your server does start but just immediately goes offline.. Then start it and wait for it to go offline, then grab the logs and post them here.
 

• Go to File Manager
• Go to logs
• Scroll down to latest.log
• Download latest.log
• Upload it here
