My minehut server just reset and my backups and everything were wiped

Hi i made a box server and it took me 3 days to make the whole map, im limited on time and once i finished that i started setting up luckperms then the server just kicked me out and when i logged back on it shut down somehow, i checked the panel and it was on a black screen, when I refeshed the page my backups were wiped and when i started the server up everything was gone

Im done with you minehut my server was randomly restarting FIX YOUR SERVERS!!!! Im really pissed and I want a proper explanation from a minehut staff!

You won't find a staff replying to you here. Sometimes this resetting happens, it just happens. Your backups too? Yikes.

If someone had access to your console they may have deleted everything. If it's just you, it's probably just a bug. The best you can do is make a support ticket at https://minehut.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=4999999402643 as a last resort. It is unlikely they can retrieve anything but it's a last resort as I said.
