Ranks that apply automatically per blocks mined

So I was wondering how I would make a skript that applys a rank once a certain amount of blocks has been mined

i can do this you need luckperms and LPC though here u go!

on mine:
	add 1 to {_rank%player%}
	if {_rank%player%} is 10:
		make console execute command "lp user %player% group set starter"
	if {_rank%player%} is 25:
		make console execute command "lp user %player% group set decent"

then repeat for all the groups
