But now every time I use /minecraft:give on anyone they get 2 items instead of one and also I get sent "Sorry, but you can't drop items! Use /disposal to trash them or /trade to trade instead!". Example: if I use /minecraft:give @s paper I get 2 papers instead of one and see "Sorry, but you can't drop items! Use /disposal to trash them or /trade to trade instead!" in chat. Anyone got a fix?

So I've been using this to cancel drops:
on drop:
cancel event
send "Sorry, but you can't drop items! Use /disposal to trash them or /trade to trade instead!" to player
