server keeps crashing for no reason and all get kicked for "unknown" reason

This also happens to me at my server which kicks everyone every 20 mins or something and rollbacks our progress

Server's just running out of ram too often, no way out of it truly except upgrading.
 

However, here's a list that may prolong the issue
 

1. Delete some plugins
2. Delete some worlds
3. Limit your worldborder
4. Limit mob spawns
5. Limit view distance on your server

 

However, the most effective way will always be to upgrade your Minehut plan to include more ram. You're just running out of memory, too many worlds or plugins or players will do that.
