Help (Simple Voice Chat)

So i just wanna play with my friends with the Simple Voice Chat mod because in my opnion its way funnier and i watched a few tutorials and i need to get the sever port into the mod wich ik the port but i dont know where to put the port because if i go to world there is no folder where i can config that and put the port into the mod so the mod works my question is now how can i o to that folder (i forgot name) for voice chat so i can config it so the port is the same with the sever so the mod works and its not under pulugins i looked at other people getting helped so how do i go to the world.config folder for the voice chat folder to put the port in
