Can someone make a skript, so when someone types /ip they get sent the name and ip of the server.

Here's a simple skript for this:

command /ip:
    trigger:
        send "&3&lSERVER! &7The server IP is &3server.minehut.gg&7!"

You can change the colour coding and server ip and name to your choosing.
