Looking for Builders/Devs [Paid]

I'm looking for Builders/Devs for my SCP Server. I'm looking for long term (Not commissions.) The server is still in the early stages and is nowhere near completion.

Requirements:
[Developer] Somewhat Experienced with Skript. Know how to use addons such as SkBee, Skellet, SkRayfall.
[Builder] Experienced and can make things as the picture attached in the post.

A discussed amount of revenue percentage (5 - 15% based on work), O5 rank in Discord/Ingame. There is space for negotiation on payment.
