Server crashing after more than two people join.

as the title suggest, a server my friend runs keeps crashing not long after more than two people join and its become an issue within the server and all of us cant play without having to worry about it crashing and waiting for the server to stop running so we can start it up again then crashing again when, of course more than two people join.

Is there a way to fix this? we tried turning down render distance but wont help for some reason.

Do this again. Wait until it crashes.

Once it does, go to File Manager > logs > Download latest.log > Upload it here in a reply.

I need to see the logs to help you with any sort of issue. Chances are it's the free plan being bad, assuming you have a lot of plugins/mods on there.
