Can't join lobby

Hi, so I usually connect to minehut via my switch through geyser, which worked great before but now when I try to join it puts me in the "ad-space" teleport area that usually comes up before teleporting to a server. But this is before I even reach the lobby. /lobby does not work it just says unknown command. And then I'm stuck there indefinitely.

There should be an item in your inventory which you can right click to continue to your server. This SHOULD only happen once a day and is just a minor inconvenience that helps keep Minehut free for anyone.

There is no item. The hotbar/complete inventory is empty

Try disconnecting from Minehut and reconnect?

Doesn't help either. It's happened every time for the last few weeks

What version are you on?
Do you play java or bedrock?
Have you changed anything in the server that affects connectivity or inventory?

1.) v.1.19.1
2.) i’m on bedrock on my switch going to the Servers tab and joining geyser and joining minehut through that. and i successfully log into my java account and then it takes me to that unskippable ad screen
3.) no i just randomly couldn’t join one day
