Server Repeatedly Crashing

I was on my server alone earlier and while flying around with my elytra the server suddenly froze and then kicked me. My dashboard shows that the server completely went offline. I have tried reconnecting a few times but each time it spawns me in a black void before the server crashes again. I am able to join the main lobby but not connect via the /join command because it just loads for a second and then puts me back in the lobby again. The crash report from when it happened lists a "Watchdog" error and the description is "Watching Server". Help would be appreciated.

What are you using? Bukkit or spigot or paper.

Do you have a data pack that may be affecting the server? I see something about that

Have you changed versions recently?

It is Vanilla. 

I am not using any new data packs or resource packs. It crashed while I was using it and now seems like it can't load without crashing. The only thing I can think is that while flying with my elytra I flew too far out for it to handle loading all the new chunks. 

I have not changed versions and it is currently on 1.18.2.

This might be of some help too. These are the logs on the console right after it crashed the latest time.
