Minehut server lag/rubberbanding

I've recently joined a server of mine that I haven't used in a while. When I try to move it rubberbands me back a fair bit, and the server is overall very laggy. I have zero plugins, zero internet issues on other servers, and a pretty empty world. Does anyone know what the problem could be.

When on the server, wait a while for the lag to start up, then do the command /timings report paste the log you receive here. That'll tell you all the causes of lag in your server. Overall, Minehut could have been having issues then. Also execute the command /tps when it gets laggy and tell me what it says. If it's 19-20TPS, it's on Minehut's end or yours, however if it's below 17, it's on your server.
