UNBAN ME

I was using meteor client on my server and testing it .I was intrested in the button spam so i pressed it and my chat said HI the entire time then my game was joining leaving also the entire time please help cause i am permannet ban for a bot Minehut please unban me AND MY NAME IS qLeak

they said they would unban me but i cant changemy minecraft password im sad because i also dont have access to my email from microsoft please help me
