connect econrefused (my ip)

So i've been trying to make a server with my friend but when i try to activate a server and do all of these things it says CONNECT ECONREFUSED *my ip* can't understand why this doesn't work my internet is fine as i tested it and im talking to my friend

o hyeah and i keep getting looged out :((

I got the same issue, didn’t have it before. Suddenly today this error is occurring.

 

I keep getting logged out to.
