Vanilla Minecraft Server (Free Tier) Keeps Crashing

Hi! Recently the Minecraft server that my friends and I have been playing on keeps crashing. It's a completely Vanilla. Here is the crash log for it: https://pastebin.com/GDKAPLTG

It might have to do with the fact that there are a TON of chickens on the world. Around 550 or so. But the odd part it lots of times you can run the server just fine, with perfect 20TPS.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

 

EDIT: To be clear, it only crashes sometimes, and just a little bit more often recently.

Can you send the crash logs?
