Server Resource pack not working

When i load into my server it says "Server resource pack couldn't be applied Any funcionality that requires custom resources might not work as expected" but theres not even a resource pack in the server! pls help, i dont want this to happen every time that i load in to the server

Do you have the "require resource pack" dropdown set to disabled or enabled? I'm having issues with the resource pack I'm using and the prompt only appears when I have the drop down menu enabled.
