My Server is automatically shutting down when I open minecraft.

Whenever I start the server, And go to Minecraft, It always says that "Cannot connect to server, Please try again later." I have tried it at least more than 10 times today. but still it doesn't work. If there is an explanation of how to solve this problem, please do tell me. I have also taken back ups of the server.

If this doesn't work you should have longer pauses between joining. You can remove this pause by simply restarting your minecraft. If this still doesn't work, restart the server.

I have same problem with my paid server. Upon activating server, it immediately switches to "stopping" and goes offline. Our free servers are working fine. Problem started May 1st and continues today. We are in Germany using Macs. I see other people in lobby chatting about server problems in Germany. I've already submitted bug report.
