my server wont start

i opened my server and it is stuck at offline. i check minehut and it tells me to start the server i do so and it did the exact same thing. im not sure what to do

i am also in need of help as when i start my server it goes to offline strait away

You maybe stopped the server, try to restart it. And then you can (maybe) start it.

I have same problem with my paid server. Upon activating server, it immediately switches to "stopping" and goes offline. Our free servers are working fine. Problem started May 1st and continues today. We are in Germany using Macs. I see other people in lobby chatting about server problems in Germany. I've already submitted bug report.
