REPORT someone crashing my server, maybe broke it.

I am a mod on the server landeryt, and someone joined and apperently crashed the server with a lecturn, before I could ban him because it lagged the server before crashing it. He also had said he did it to other servers, his IGN was firewry and he has messed up all of minecraft for my friend because of it, and no one can join the server now. Please fix this glitch or ban this guy, or both.
