i got banned for my name how do i get unbanned

i was in the lobby for my minehut server and i was trying to join it while i was talking to someone in the lobby, but it kicked me out and said i was banned forever for having an innapropriate username. My username is DuckKidnapper_ Which isnt even innapropriate. If neccasary i can change it but if theres another way i will try it.
