Player Head Skript Mechanics

I want a basketball that uses a custom player head as the block. How can I turn this into a Skript? My idea is that when you right click on a basketball on the ground, it gives you one to throw, it launches it into the air, and it looks the exact same the whole time.

You would have to use armor stands and check if the player clicked them, for pickup of ball. Then, kill the armor stand and give the player the basketball head.

 

For shooting, you would have to remove the ball from the person's inventory, and then shoot an armor stand with the ball as the head forward from the player.

 

The addon SkBee provides NBT tag support, and you want to make all armor stands invisible as well.
