My server isn't starting up in the same way as before!

Last time I launched my server, it was working perfectly fine, there were the buildings I built and the world that I spawned in was fine. Then, I made some random adjustments in the settings(like turning on flight, changing gamemode etc.) and also opped myself through the console in dashboard. When I launched the server again, I didn't have any of my stuff and I spawned in a random location in a different world. I know it's a different world because when I tped to the coordinates where my house was, It was a complete different place. I also made a backup but didn't work either probably because I made the backup after changing the settings. This is my log:
