I try to delete a plugin and then i restart server for it to go away but then it comes back from nowhere??????

The plugin is skrayfall. It is not on the minehut dashboard it is a custom plugin i got off https://dev.bukkit.org/projects/skrayfall and no matter what i do it just comes back after restart. Someone help me please

Delete it from the addons page and restart your server
