Is world edit on 1.18.1?

Is world edit on 1.18.1? and if so how do i get it????, i love building big projects in creative. i dunno why just fun building. love 1.18 but theres no world edit  or adleast it says not compatible F, is there a way to get 1.18 world edit or is it not out yet and when will it be available??

Addons panel is a bit outdated.

Download the worldedit 1.18.1 jar from their github/website and then upload it via file manager and restart.

i have no clue what any of that means to be honest. is there a video on this? if so where can i find it. Thanks!
