Crashes every time we go to end!!

Hey, me and my friends playing on a server and we are trying to get to end but everytime we jump in the prtal we get send out to lobby

Can I see your logs? They should be in the 'logs' folder in File Manager, latest.log after the server crashes. Past everything in there on a site like pastebin and put the link here.

A solution that may work is deleting the end world then restarting your server.

this happens to me to and this is what the messages in logs are after I try to go into the end for the first time:
