Can't Start My Server (URGENT)

Whenever I click "Start" on my server, it doesn't work!!! I even tried hibernating it first then pressing start, still nothing! I have been waiting for it to be fixed for 2 days, my server usually had about 35 concurrent players, and they are wondering where my server is!! Please fix this or tell me how to start my server!!!

It just doesn't start? Won't even let you click Mange server and go into it?

If it does let you click manage server and go inside, start your server. Once it goes offline go to File Manager > latest.logs > Copy and paste everything from in there into a paste at pastebin.com. Post the link in a reply. I need to read your logs to find the problem.
