A hacker entered my SMP, I banned him and he messaged me through console.

I created an SMP today for the first time using minehut. A player named NoahGaard entered the server as it was public. He gave us a hack threat, so we banned him. After that, he messaged me THROUGH THE CONSOLE, without even having the server access. He was constantly saying I will leak all your information. 
Kindly do something to help me.

Hey! 

Try to force hibernate (Server Dashboard --> Danger Zone -->Force Hibertinate) your server and then change your account password. That's basically all you can do. Also make sure to report the player by contacting support!
