People who aren't opped can't use the /wild command for Wilderness TP, even when I give permission

I have installed the Wilderness TP plugin onto my Minehut server. I want normal players to use it as my server is an SMP, so I add the permission wildernesstp.command.wild to the default group with PermissionsEX so players can use the /wild command. No matter how many times I do it, that group cannot do /wild, they don't have permission. Why is this?
