Danger zone restart server says An error occurred please try again.

So I uploaded the wrong zip file to my server witch is why I think this is causing the problem, but i cant restart the server, start it, or view files on it. How do I fix this?

I quoted myself and then pasted your comment so its reverse, this is what I said originally "Yes, thank you for the help,  but as I stated I cant start the server meaning it is already stopped.
