Go to your server panel, make sure your server is online2. Navigate to the “Danger Zone” tab3. Click “Reset Server”4. Stop and start your server You can also change the name, if that's what you mean. It's on the homepage of the server dashboard right under your server's name you'll see a "Change Name" option.
