OK so I have a whitelisted server and there was a friend who no longer played it. So I removed him from the whitelist. A month later he wanted to play again so I tried whitelisting him with : /whitelist add [Friend's Name]. He still couldn't join. I tried whitelisting his previous usernames and it still didn't work. When I attempted to whitelist him it whitelisted his user without caps.
