server keep crashing

hello everyone, so i lost my world for an error of mine (i setted the tickspeed to 10000 instead of 10), i tried to fix this trough the console but i couldn't . i was capable of downloading the world but i cant upload the world on a different ip. does some of you have any idea of how i can fix this?

Hey there, what you should do to fix this is go into the console, start the world, DO NOT JOIN IT then type /gamerule randomTickSpeed 3 (CASE SENSITIVE) and send it a few times. Then it should be fixed
