can someone help me make an aoe damage thing like "deal 100 damage to every mob within 3 blocks"

This will damage all the players (that aren't the player) in a radius of 3 blocks by 1 heart.

btw how can i make like teleport player 2 blocks ahead

teleport player to block 2 in front of player

I suggest you make some checks so the player doesn't teleport into the ground. You may also have to specify the player's yaw and pitch in the teleport because for some reason it sets ur yaw and pitch.
