How can I having a baby villagers ? And how can I TPA to my friend

1. I search from YouTube and make one in my village, but I still can't get any baby villagers, is that anything I did wrong or the server not allow to do this ?

 

2. And in my server I can't TPA to my friend, is that any thing or console command I need to use ?

 

please give me a hand for this.

I'm not in the creative mode, so I didn't have any egg for this. Is that any way to make more villager? 

 

I try to type OP in my server, but I can't find it, And also tpa

You can give villagers bread to breed

Also on the minehut page you can do Op (Your name) on the server command

1. If you're in creative mode you can place your villager with its spawn egg and then right click on the Adult villager with the villager spawn egg to get a baby villager.

 

2. If you have OP/Operator or have the permission you can do /tpa (name)
