When i join my server it lets me in for 10 seconds and then kicks me.

When i join my server it lets me in for 10 seconds and then kicks me. For that 10 secs it is like a still picture meaning if you break a block it doesn't actually break it. I did set the tick speed to 999999. I am not sure if that has anything to do with it. Also i do not want to reset the server. Please help

That does have to do with it, setting your tick speed ridiculously high will cause the server to timeout as it cant keep up with the gamerule. Reset the world or try and run the same command in the console command line on the dashboard but make the value 3 rather than 999999.
