Changing difficulties but no matter how many times I try changing it, it stays on hard

I've been wanting to change the difficulty back to normal and when I do that on the website it still shows in game that the difficulty is hard, I followed the tutorial given by the official Minehut YouTube channel but regardless of that, it still will not work. Does anyone know a way to fix this? If so, please reply as soon as possible ps. yes, I did op myself.

Maybe try simply setting it in game, it may stay that. Also, I've gotten private dms about people having that problem, so you're not the first one.

maybe try restarting the server, if that not helps, maybe reset the server if you wish
