can't save plugin features after server stop

Hello guys, i have a little problem. I installed a plugin on my server, "Ultimate Economy". With it you can make villager shops. But when i made one shop, and stopped my server, next time when i was there, this villager shop was normal villager. Anyone knows what should i do to save this villager shops when server stop? 
I did it on a map from planet minecraft, maybe problem is here?

Is it only the skin that resets or does the entire thing not work?

Maybe you know some better working plugins like this? I dont need to use that one. Something with shops, money etc.?

Nothing work, only money stays after server stop
